Our unique combination of system design, equipment specification and specially developed coatings, allow removal of sticky materials direct from the press, improving production efficiency and centralizing site waste management.

Each system incorporates an inline trim cutter, which reliably cuts the continuous trim into short pieces maximising bulk density and therefore reducing waste storage area.

The system can be used to extract waste to the rear of the label press out of the way of operators or reliably conveyed large distances to a centralised waste collection and processing area, external to the factory.  The waste contact surfaces within each system are coated with a non-stick application, which when combined with atomised oil injection, ensures clog free transfer of sticky waste.
