What data do we collect?

We only collect data that allows us to provide you with appropriate information, products and services to make your recycling operations work more efficiently.

For existing customers and suppliers, we will hold data that allows us to work together. That includes contact names, email addresses, telephone numbers and location details along with billing and payment information and details of specific preferences as requested (for example preferred contact times, dietary requirements etc). We will also hold contractual, operational and legal data and instructions relating to ongoing business activities.

We may process and use your personal information for carefully considered and speciﬁc purposes which are in our interests and enable us to provide our products and services. We may also do so to enhance and extend the services we provide, but which we believe will also be of beneﬁt to your business.
